International Shipping

We deliver worldwide. Most orders we deliver by DPD, DHL or by other shipping companies. The total shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and the destination where the order goes to. It is not possible to define all possible variation of shipping costs automatically in our online system and so we calculate them for each order individually. 

 

STEP 1: Once you place a new order, an automated order confirmation will be sent to your email address.

STEP 2: Soon after we will send you a new email to confirm the correct and complete shipping costs.

STEP 3: If you accept the quotation, you are asked to pay the total charges (including confirmed shipping costs)

STEP 4: Once the payment is received from you, we will start to handle your order.

NOTE: For all international shipping (outside Poland) charges must be paid prior to shipment.
